Cliff Gray

Founder & Principal

Cliff brings nearly 40 years of experience in the payment space, including processing and real-time system architecture. During his 20 years as an independent consultant, he has evaluated and advised the technology behind the largest processors, gateways and enterprise clients, including Chase, BofA, and Visa/MC themselves. As the mind behind MIQA and founder of Lakeland Scientific, he brings his unique blend of precision, pragmatism and principled defiance. Cliff attended Michigan Technological University with an engineering background, but abandoned traditional educational paths for more kinetic pursuits of real-world problem-solving.

John Gassenheimer

Technology Advisor

John is an accomplished senior technology thought leader with over 30 years of demonstrated success in the revenue generation and application development side of the software business. As a product leader he has led several companies from inception to revenue in logistics, payments, health care and financial services. John brings experience building teams to support the design, development and launch of cloud based applications. John will be instrumental in leading our technology role out.

Trip Denton, PhD

Strategy Lead

Trip Denton has over 20 years of executive officer and management experience and over 30 years of software development experience. He is the holder of 5 advanced technology patents, led top-notch technical teams, and engineered complex technical processes. Trip teaches AI and ML at Drexel University in Philadelphia. Trip brings critical thinking and insight to the team that shapes the greater company.
